Registering now records your organisation's interest and puts it into the allocation draw. It is not a contract, and it does not guarantee your organisation a slot.
What you are confirming at this stage:
1. The information you have given is accurate, and you are authorised to give it on behalf of your organisation.
2. You understand that the council will issue its full terms of agreement before any slot is confirmed, and that your organisation will be asked to accept those terms at that point.
3. You understand that a slot, if allocated, is a commitment for the whole of the booking period stated on this site. It is not a casual or one-off booking.
4. You understand that slots are allocated by a public draw, described on the method page, and that neither the council nor anyone else can influence the outcome.
5. You understand that the council expects organisations using the pitch to hold appropriate public liability insurance for the duration of any booking.
If your organisation decides not to accept the council's terms once they are issued, any slot allocated to it will be released and offered to another organisation.
