3G pitch slot allocation

Holyhead Town Council is allocating weekly 3G pitch slots for 2026/27 season. Slots are allocated by a public draw, not first come first served.

How it works

1. Register your organisation and confirm the conditions on the registration form.
2. The council checks your registration against the eligibility criteria and issues login details.
3. During the preference window, rank between three and five slots in order of preference.
4. After the window closes, the draw order is set by the published National Lottery numbers. Each organisation in turn receives its highest ranked slot still available.
5. Everything is published so that anyone can check the result for themselves.

The slots

Weekday evenings, hourly, Monday to Friday. One slot per organisation, held for 2026/27 season.

Monday 5pm is reserved for the disability football session and is not available for booking.
